Great location. Plenty of room for everyone. Great beach access. Plenty of parking space.
A lot of little repairs were needed. Nothing expensive, it just needs some attention to the smaller things like the door handle from the deck to the living room kept coming off (a la Green Acres). It was quite heavy and could hurt someone's toes.
